Grambling State University Athletics

Jazmin Boyd was selected the Grambling State University Female Student-Athlete of the Week.

Boyd, in the only game played over the week, poured in 18 points in a loss to UT-Arlington. She was 6-of-9 from the floor (66.7 percent), 3-of-4 from behind the 3-point line (75.0 percent) and 3-of-6 from the free-throw line (50.0 percent). In addition, she added three rebounds and one steal in 30 minutes of action.
