Grambling State University Athletics

Drexler Macaay was named the Grambling State University Male Student-Athlete of the Week.

Macaay, who earned Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Hitter of the Week honors, hit .400 on the week, with six hits in 15 at-bats. The senior had three extra-base hits, including two home runs and a double as he led the Tigers to a weekend sweep over Arkansas-Pine Bluff. Macaay scored seven runs and accounted for seven RBIs over Grambling State's past four games.
