MONTGOMERY, Ala.-The Grambling State University Tigers (2-9, 0-1) suffered a tough first conference loss to the Hornets of Alabama State University (5-5, 1-0) tonight with a final score of 50-71.

The GSU Tigers will now regroup for their next conference game against Alabama A&M University on Monday, Jan. 5^th at 7:30 p.m.
