HOUSTON, Texas | The Grambling State University bowling team competed over the weekend at the 7th Annual Track Kat Klash, host by Sam Houston State University.

The Lady Tigers (0-9) dropped matches to Central Missouri, Maryville, North Carolina A&T State and Alabama State during the opening day. Grambling State fell to Southern, Arkansas State, Nebraska and Maryland Eastern Shore during Saturday's traditional play. The Lady Tigers were the No. 21 seed and after a bye during round play, dropped a 4-0 decision to Jackson State to end tournament play.

Laurencia Harmon led the Lady Tigers with a 153.2 average through five traditional matches, while
Ariel Henderson averaged a 143.0 pinball through five matches.

Grambling State returns to action this weekend when the Lady Tigers compete at the Jackson State University Sonic Boom Invitational in Jackson, Miss.
