Lady Tigers advance to SWAC Semifinals

Lady Tigers blank Lady Golden Lions for eighth consecutive shutout

PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas | Florence David's goal nearly two minutes into the second half sparked the Grambling State University women's soccer team as the Lady Tigers picked up their eighth straight shutout with a 3-0 victory over Arkansas-Pine Bluff in the quarterfinals of the 2018 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Women's Soccer Tournament at the Prairie View Soccer Field.

Grambling State (13-7), the top seed in the tournament, will meet the fourth seed, Alabama State, at 3 p.m. on Friday in the semifinals at the Prairie View Soccer Field.
