NASHVILLE, Tenn. | The Grambling State University women's bowling team wrapped up the regular season over the weekend at the 14th Annual Columbia 300 Music City Classic, hosted by Vanderbilt University.
The Lady Tigers (9-87) dropped matches to Texas Southern, Prairie View A&M, Stephen F. Austin, Elmhurst College and North Carolina A&M State during the first day of Baker play. On Saturday during Traditional action, Grambling State fell to Saint Francis (Pa.), Vanderbilt, Jackson State, Lincoln (Mo.) and Louisiana Tech. During bracket play on Sunday, Grambling State dropped two matches to North Central College and one match to McKendree.
Laurencia Harmon averaged a 179.2 total pinfall during the five traditional matches, including a rolling a 222 against Vanderbilt, while
Ariel Henderson rolled a 211 against Saint Francis (Pa.) and averaged a 169.4 during the five traditional matches.
