JONESBORO, Ark. | The Grambling State University women's bowling team competed in its first meet of the 2019 season over the weekend at the Mid-Winter Invitational, hosted by Arkansas State University.

Grambling State competed against Alabama A&M, Alabama State, Arkansas State, Drury, Jackson State, Lincoln Memorial, Louisiana Tech, McKendree and Sam Houston State.

Khalilla Onojeta finished with a 699 total pinfall and averaged 139.8 in five traditional matches, while Ariel Henderson registered 693 total pins and a 138.6 average.
