WATAUGA, Texas | The Grambling State University women's bowling team returned to action over the weekend at the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) West Round-Up.
 
Grambling State completed the weekend by going 0-12 and averaged a 131.4 pinfall in 12 traditional matches. Alabama State leads the SWAC standings at 11-1, followed by Prairie View A&M (9-3). Jackson State (8-4), Texas Southern (7-5), Southern (5-7) and Alabama A&M (2-10) round out the standings.
 
Ariel Henderson paced Grambling State with 2,225 total pins in 14 traditional matches. She averaged 158.9, while Lataya Bullock, who is in the top 10 freshman standings in total pins, was second on the team with 1,850 total pins and a 132.1 average.
