GRAMBLING, La. | The Grambling State University men's basketball team will look to keep its win streak alive as the Tigers travel on Saturday to rival Southern, followed by a trip to Alcorn State on Monday, in Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) play.

Tip-off for Saturday's game is set for 5 p.m., while Monday's tilt is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

Grambling State (11-11 overall, 5-4 SWAC) comes into Saturday's game with back-to-back victories over Arkansas-Pine Bluff and Mississippi Valley State. The Tigers will be seeking season sweeps of Southern and Alcorn State.

Southern (3-19, 2-7) are riding a three-game losing streak, including a 76-64 loss to Alcorn State on Feb. 2. The Jaguars will seek their first victory since an 80-56 win against Mississippi Valley State on Jan. 21.

Alcorn State (7-14, 3-6) has dropped two out of its last three games. However, the Braves, who host Jackson State on Saturday, are entering the weekend off a 76-64 victory over Southern on Feb. 2.
