GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State University head softball coach
Nakeya L. Hall announced that Saturday's Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) single game against Arkansas-Pine Bluff has been postponed due to excessive rain.
At this time, no makeup date has been announced.
Grambling State won the first two games of the series on Friday, 11-2 and 5-4, against the Lady Lions and were seeking its first three-game SWAC sweep since 2013 (Southern).
The Lady Tigers (16-18) return to action on Tuesday with the short trip to Ruston, La. to take on Louisiana Tech. First pitch is scheduled for 6 p.m. at the Lady Techsters Softball Field.
