GRAMBLING, La. | The Grambling State University senior catcher Drexler Macaay was selected All-Louisiana Honorable Mention, the Louisiana Sports Writers Association (LSWA) announced late Saturday.
 
Macaay, a member of the All-SWAC Second Team and the All-SWAC Tournament Team, finished with a .321 average (59-for-194), with 12 doubles, eight home runs and one triple. In addition, he scored 47 times and drove in 41. Macaay ranked fourth in the team in batting and went 5-for-5 in a 15-9 victory over Alabama State at the SWAC Baseball Tournament.
