GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State University Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics,
Dr. Trayvean Scott, announced on Thursday the addition of
Taylor Jeanlewis as the Assistant Director of Athletic Communications and Digital Strategy.

"Taylor is an extremely bright and young talented rising star in the athletic communications field," Scott said. "Her creativity and skill set will continue to enhance our athletic communications team as we continue to move our athletics department forward. We welcome Taylor to the GramFam and look forward to seeing her develop personally and professionally."

Prior to joining Grambling State Athletics, Jeanlewis comes from Southern University where she was the Graduate Assistant Sports Information Director and the Assistant Director of Marketing and Development. In these roles she was the primary sport contact for volleyball, tennis, bowling, and softball. She also oversaw the Lacumba Kids Club and Jags Unlimited.

While in college, Jeanlewis was a news and sports writer for the Southern Digest. She also interned for the Sun Belt Conference under the Associate Commissioner of Strategic Communications.

Taylor is a proud graduate of Southern University and A&M College where she received her Bachelor's of Arts in Mass Communication with a minor in Business Marketing. She is currently working towards her Master's in Business Administration at Southern University.
