NEW ORLEANS | The Grambling State University women's bowling team opened its season in the Colonial Lanes Classic this past weekend, hosted by Tulane University.
Grambling State went 0-13 during the tournament and finished 14th.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Grambling State dropped all five baker matches to begin the tournament on Friday, falling to Prairie View A&M, North Carolina A&T State, Alabama State, Texas Southern and Florida A&M
- The Lady Tigers completed the second day with indvidual matches as GSU fell to Texas Southern, Maryland Eastern Shore, Jackson State, Tulane and Louisiana Tech
- Grambling State concluded the weekend with bracket round matches, dropping 4-0 to Texas Southern and North Carolina A&T State, before falling to Texas Southern, 4-1, to end the tournament
UP NEXT
The Lady Tigers return to the lanes Oct. 29-31 in Pensacola, Fla. at the Rattler Invitational, hosted by Florida A&M University.
