GRAMBLING, La. | Football season is officially back!
 
The Grambling State University football program reports to camp on Friday, with the first practice set for Saturday morning inside Eddie G. Robinson Memorial Stadium.
 
"We are excited for another football season and look forward to opening up fall camp this weekend," Grambling State head football coach Broderick Fobbs said.
 
Grambling State kicks off its practice slate at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday morning. The Tigers will take Sunday's off during fall camp and will have evening practices Monday through Wednesday and morning practices Thursday through Saturday.
 
The fall camp is closed to the public. Media will have the availability to shoot video the first 15 minutes of practice and interview Fobbs at the conclusion of each day.
 
Grambling State opens the 2021 season on Sunday, Sept. 5 against Tennessee State in the Black College Hall of Fame Game in Canton, Ohio.
