GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State University head women's soccer coach
Craig Roberts announced on Monday that he is stepping down from his position, after leading the Lady Tigers to back-to-back Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Tournament Championship games.
Roberts, who took over the program last March, compiled a 17-9-5 overall record and a 12-3-2 conference mark in two seasons.
"Coach Roberts did a remarkable job in leading our program over the past two seasons," said Grambling State Vice President for Intercollegiate Athletics
Dr. Trayvean Scott. "We want to thank him for his service to our athletic department and this university."
A national search for a new head coach will begin immediately.
