RUSTON, La. | The Grambling State University softball team fell 3-0 in Tuesday's matchup against Louisiana Tech at the Dr. Billy Bundrick Field.
Louisiana Tech ( 30-18) got on the board first in the bottom of the fourth inning plating two runs and taking a 2-0 lead.
The Lady Techsters extended their lead to 3-0 in the bottom of the sixth.
Grambling State ( 29-17-1) had opportunities but could not push across any runs against Louisiana Tech and fell 3-0.
Janecia King (0-1) loss the battle on the mound allowing three runs with two strikeouts.
The Lady Tigers scattered three hits in the contest. Kaylyn Moore, Nyah Jones and Lauren Ervin each registered hits for GSU.
