GRAMBLING, La. | The Grambling State Univeristy Department of Athletics hosted the 2023 Roaring Tiger Awards on Wednesday night, its first athletic banquet since 2019. The Roaring Tigers Awards, which recognized GSU's 300 plus student-athletes and coaches, was held inside the Frederick C. Hobdy Assembly Center and was sponsored by HBCU League Pass, Urban Edge Network, and The Grambling State G-Club.
"The Department is thrilled to have finally brought back the athletic banquet as a way to celebrate our student-athletes, coaches, and staff on their amazing contributions this school year," said Vice President of Intercollegiate Athletics Dr. Trayvean Scott
