GRAMBLING, La. | Fresh off a 1-0 win over East Texas Baptist on Tuesday, the Grambling State University women's soccer team is set for its home opener versus the Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns at 6 p.m. on Thursday night.
GSU (2-1-0) defeated ETBU on the strength of a late goal by junior midfielder
Nia Harley.
In GSU's first three games, four different Tigers have registered goals.

Sophia Lezizidis and Harley have found the back of the net for GSU.
Louisiana (1-0-1) enters Thursday's contest after beating South Florida 2-0 on Sunday. The Ragin' Cajuns are led offensively by Emma Bates, Meagan Bradley and Sisley Stephens who all have a goal apiece.
Grambling State and Louisiana have faced each other two times, with UL holding a 2-0 series lead. The previous matchup was in 2015, when the Ragin' Cajuns claimed a 5-0 triumph.
Admission to Thursday's game is free.
