Box Score LAFAYETTE, La. | In a close matchup, Grambling State were defeated by the University of Louisiana 2-0 Sunday evening at the Home Bank Soccer & Track Complex. The Lady Tigers had some attempts on goal but could not find the back of the net.
Despite not getting the win, Grambling showed resilience and kept the match competitive.
However, UL Lafayette's first-half goals proved too much to overcome.
With the loss, Grambling stands at 2-3-2. UL Lafayette improved to 4-0-2 on the season with the win.
