TALLAHASSEE, Fla. | Grambling State's Skylar Hundall earned All-SWAC Second Team honors after finishing eighth overall at the 2025 SWAC Cross Country Championships, held in Tallahassee, Florida.

The sophomore posted a time of 27:04.5 in the 8K race, turning in one of his best performances of the season.

Hundall maintained a steady pace throughout, clocking splits of 3:36.3 at 1170m, 6:51.7 at 2170m, 9:44.7 at 3000m, 13:07.3 at 4000m, 16:33.6 at 5000m, 20:09.3 at 6000m, and 23:38.0 at 7000m before finishing in 27:04.5.

His eighth-place finish earned him a spot on the All-SWAC Second Team and helped lead the Tigers to a strong showing in the championship meet.

Aidan Starling placed 36th finishing with a time of 30:29.5.

The Lady Tigers Y'Niese Colbert, Liana Gladden, Niyah Conley placed 56 through 58 respectfully.

The Men's and Womens Cross Country team both finished in 11th place.
