GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State University is back in the postseason. The Lady Tigers secured the No. 4 seed in the Western Division and are set to compete in the 2025 Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Softball Tournament—marking their first tournament appearance since 2023.
Grambling State (10-14 SWAC) will take the field on Tuesday, May 6, in a first-round matchup against Eastern Division No. 1 seed Florida A&M (19-5 SWAC).
First pitch is set for 3:30 p.m. CST at the Gulfport Sportsplex in Gulfport, Mississippi.
The tournament will follow a double-elimination format, with games running through Friday, May 9.
If necessary, the championship game is scheduled for Saturday, May 10. All games will stream live on the SWAC Digital Network.

Game 2 – (E2) Jackson State vs. (W3) Southern, 1:00 p.m.
