Trey Bridges was named the SWAC Co-Hitter of the Week while Ethan
Bateswas tabbed as the SWAC Co-Pitcher of the Week by the conference on Tuesday afternoon.
Bridges had a big week at the plate for the G-Men, batting .538 (7-for-13) with nine RBI, one double and one home run.
Bates continued to be one of the best relief pitchers in the SWAC, extending his record out of the bullpen to 5-0 in an 8-3 win over Arkansas-Pine Bluff. The Anderson, Ind. native struck out seven batters and surrendered just one hit in the victory.
