GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State was locked in a pitchers duel Wednesday afternoon but surrendered two runs in the seventh inning in a 2-0 loss to the University of Louisiana at Monroe at the GSU Softball Complex.

Richard kept the Warhawks off balance limiting ULM to just three hits across seven innings of work.
ULM (13-5) finally broke through in the top of the seventh.
An RBI sacrifice fly by Reece Briggs plated the game's first run, and Brooklin Lippert followed with an RBI single to extend the lead to 2-0.
Grambling (6-7) managed three hits on the afternoon, with
Katelynn Walls,
Cadashia Collins, and
