Cameron Hill was named the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Hitter of the Week by the conference on Wednesday.
Hill, a senior from Jackson, Miss., had a phenomenal week at the plate and helping propel the Tigers to a weekend sweep of Florida A&M.
He batted .636 (7-for-11) with 11 RBI, two home runs, including a grand slam and one double during the series.
