Bianca enters her first year with Grambling State University Athletics Staff as the Assistant Athletic Director for Athletic Academic Services
Bianca comes to Grambling State from Louisiana Tech where she served as the Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Success Services. She served as the direct oversight for academic support for Track & Field, Cross Country, and Football Offense monitoring eligibility requirements and advising student-athletes in pursuit of graduation. As the Assistant Director of Student-Athlete Success Services she oversaw student-workers as well as the Dogs with a Cause program. In that role, she organized and implemented academic programs that contributed to the educational and personal growth of LaTech’s student-athletes and handled tutoring responsibilities as well.
Bianca earned her Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and General Studies from Louisiana Tech. She was also a member of the Lady Techester’s Track and Field program.
