Accolades Pour in for Grambling’s Warren

Grambling, LA--- Just days after leading the Grambling State Tigers football team to a, 28-21, victory over Jackson State, running back Frank Warren has received several national awards.

Warren, named Southwestern Athletic Conference offensive player of the week, has also been named Boxtorow National Player of the Week and D-I FCS Running Back Performer of the Week.

Warren, the SWAC's leading rusher, carried the ball 16 times for 256 yards and 2 touchdowns. His 256 is the highest total in the NCAA this season by 35 yards in a single game.
