The Grambling State University Tigers are set to face the Panthers of Prairie View
A&M University in Dallas, Texas, for the 2012 State Fair Classic on October 6^th; kick-off is set for 6 pm.

In this game, both teams are entering winless. The last time both teams came into this game winless was 1996. This classic also serves as the first divisional game for the G-Men.
