Grambling, La. The Grambling State University Lady Tigers' volleyball team completed their 2012 campaign with a 3-0 sweep of the Lady Braves of Alcorn State University in front of a home crowd of 319. The set scores are as follows: 25-15, 25-22 and 25-23.

Statistically, Dorothy Brown paced GSU with 15 kills, 15 digs, one server's ace and one blocking assists for a total of 16.5 points. Kayla Lewis tallied 13 assists, four digs and one assist. Breonna Loud added 12 assists and one kill, while April Lewis knocked down seven kills, one assist, and three blocking assists. Angela Smith served the Lady Braves five non-returnable balls to register five aces.

Alcorn was led by Shaquand Hollis with eight kills. In assists Georgia Parsons racked in 17.
