Houston, Texas--Grambling State University Tigers (6-3,6-0) remain undefeated in the Southwestern Athletic Conference after yesterday's 35-7 win against the Texas Southern University Tigers (5-4,3-4) in the BBVA Compass Stadium.

Chad Williams a 19-yard pass. Then, Baton Rouge native No. 81
Edward Cutno answered with another Tiger touchdown with 1:55 remaining in the first quarter.

In the second quarter, Texas Southern managed to score its only touchdown when Homer Causey threw a 34-yard pass to Larry Clark. Chad, a Baton Rouge native, then brought Grambling's score to 21-7 after rushing 7 yards for a touchdown. He had two receptions for 44 yards and was the game leader in receiving. Tigers' No. 1
Anthony McGhee was another game day leader with three receptions for 43 yards.

The Tigers' defense then dominated the second half, leaving Texas Southern scoreless. In the third quarter, Johnathan ran five yards for a touchdown with 11:18 remaining. He finished the game as a passing leader with 197 yards and two touchdowns. Johnathan also had 71 rushing yards from 15 carries.

Dominique Leake for another touchdown.

The Tigers' next game is set for Thursday in Itta Bena, Miss., against the Mississippi Valley State University Delta Devils. Kickoff is set at 6:30 in the Rice-Totten Stadium.
