BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – The Southwestern Athletic Conference officially released its 2015 baseball tournament bracket Monday. Alabama State University and Texas Southern University earned the No. 1 seeds in the east and west after finishing 18-6 and 16-7, respectively, in conference play. The tournament is in its 62nd year and runs May 13-17 at the MLB Urban Youth Academy's Wesley Barrow Stadium in New Orleans, La.

Day one begins at 9 a.m. with No. 2 Southern vs. No. 3 Jackson State and continues at noon when east division No. 2 Alabama A&M takes on west division No. 3 Grambling State. The top seeds close out the day starting with Alabama State against west division No. 4 Prairie View A&M at 3 p.m. and finishing with Texas Southern vs. east division No. 4 Alcorn State.
