Grambling, La. (Men's basketball) -- Three home games in the Fredrick C. Hobdy Center equals three wins for the Grambling State Men's basketball team. The Tigers pounded the Tougaloo College Bulldogs 105-90, in their first home 3-0 start in Coach 
Shawn Walker's tenure. 
Ervin Mitchell was lights out scoring a game high 34 points 11 rebounds and three steals. Mitchell has notched 30 points in two games this season. 
Nigel Ribeiro ran the Tigers offense with seven assist, 20 points and three steals. 
Remond Brown added 20 points and 
Drake Wilks had 18 points. Wilks was 3-of-4 from long range helping the Tigers improve to 4-6.
Through three home games last season Grambling State was 2-1, then 4-1 with a four-game win streak and finished 5-5.  During last season's three game home winning streak, Grambling
State's average margin of victory was 17 points and an average of 87 points.
This season, the Tigers average margin of victory at home is 21 points, averaging 88 points and have scored over 100 points in two games at the Hobdy Center. At home, Brown is the Tigers' leading scorer averaging 20 points per game. He had the hot hand against North Carolina A&T with 23 and against Jarvis Christian with 17 points.
Grambling is undefeated at home for the first time in four seasons under Walker.
"It feels good. It always feels good to win. We have a decent team so it feels good to win. But we have to improve. We are caught up in the scoring of 100's of points and we're giving up way too many points," he beamed.
Grambling State will be back in action at home on Friday, Dec. 9 as they play Selma University at 7pm. in the Fredrick C. Hobdy Center.
