                 GRAMBLING, La I Grambling State will look to get in the win column as they travel to Dallas, Texas to take on Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) opponent Prairie View A&M in the 96th Annual State Fair Classic. Kick-off from Cotton Bowl is set for 4 p.m. 
Grambling State will broadcast the game on the Grambling State Sports Radio Network. The Tigers' broadcast crew of Santoria Black, Ossie Clark, Leon Thomas and Nick Harrison will call all of the action. The game can be heard in Ruston (La.) (KPCH 99.3 FM – the Peach) and will be streaming online at www.gsutigers.com.   
Grambling State (0-3 Overall, 0-1 SWAC) comes into the competition with losses to two FBS schools and a 23-20 loss last week in their SWAC opener against Alabama State. In last week's match-up, the Tigers had a chance to tie the game at 23, with 6:07 remaining, but Garrett Urban's field goal from 28 yards was unsuccessful. Geremy Hickbottom completed 19-of-30 of his passes, with one touchdown and threw his first interception of the season. 
Prairie View (1-3 Overall 1-1 SWAC) opened their season with a 44-23 win against Texas Southern on August 31. Following, the Panthers loss their non-conference games to the University of Houston and Nicholls State. Last week they took on Alcorn State but fell short, 45-41. The Panthers overcame a 17-0 deficit in the first quarter. Quarterback Jalen Morton registered 366 total yards of offense (321 passing) and four touchdown passes. Additionally, he completed 23-of-35 passes. Prairie View is averaging 42 points per game.

The Tigers will look to avenge a 22-16 loss from last season's match-up, where the Panthers snapped a 26 SWAC game winning streak. GSU nearly rallied from a 20-point deficit but a costly interception in the final minute gave Prairie View A&M the victory.
