CLEVELAND, Ohio | The 2019 Phil Steele FCS Postseason All-Conference teams were released this week and a total of six Grambling State University Tigers were selected on the SWAC All-Conference team. These teams were decided on by Phil Steele and the draftscout.com staff. A list of the student-athletes can be found below:
