Box Score NEW ORLEANS, La. | The Grambling State University baseball team defeated the host team University of New Orleans 5-1 in their second game of the 2020 Andre Dawson Classic.
Grambling (2-0) starting pitcher
Bryan Delgado (1-0) was an absolute monster from the mound, striking out 11 Privateer batters while giving up just two hits and one earned run in seven innings of work.
Jahmoi Percival finished the game with a team-high three hits and added three RBI in the victory while teammates
Nehemiah Wright,
Miguel Medina,
Michael Sookdeo and
Ben Avila all scored runs for the Tigers (including Percival).
