PRAIRIE VIEW, Texas | Grambling had its Southwestern Athletic Conference two-game win streak snapped with a 59-50 loss to Prairie VIew A&M at the William J. Nicks "Baby Dome."
After a back-and-forth affair, the Tigers (5-7 overall, 3-2 SWAC) trailed 29-22 in a low scoring first half. Both teams struggled from long range as Grambling shot 3-of-14 from downtown while the Panthers connected on just 2-of-14 from behind the arc.
Senior point guard
Trevell Cunningham led Grambling with 12 points, five boards, three assists, two steals and one block while fellow Tiger
Cameron Christon added 11 points, six boards and one assist in the loss.
Cam Mack was the high man for Prairie View as he produced 15 points for the Panthers (3-4 overall, 2-0 SWAC).
