Justice Coleman scored her 1,000th career point at Grambling and finished with 14 points while fellow senior Lady Tiger 
Ariel Williams was an absolute flamethrower and tied her career-high with 26 points and connected on 8-of-11 three-pointers in the Lady Tigers 78-54 victory over Mississippi Valley in Southwestern Athletic Conference action.
Grambling (8-8 overall, 7-5 SWAC) stormed to a 21-11 lead after the first quarter and produced a total of four scorers in the victory, including 
Alexus Holt who generated 16 points and six assists while teammate 
Candice Parramore added 10 points and buried 3-of-5 from downtown.
As a team the Lady Tigers shot 50 percent from behind the arc and nailed 15-of-30 three-pointers.
Inside the Numbers
> Grambling State was 27-of-57 (47 percent) shooting from the field and 9-of-17 (53 percent) from the charity stripe
> Mississippi Valley shot 42 percent (16-of-38) from the field and 64 percent (21-of-33) from the free-throw line
> GSU registered 29 rebounds, including 11 on the offensive glass
> MVSU pulled down 31 rebounds, with 22 coming on the defensive end
