LAS VEGAS, Nev. | Grambling State is set to face 12
th ranked Jackson State in the inaugural P&G Las Vegas HBCU Classic on Saturday at Allegiant Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 p.m. and will be broadcast on HBCUGo and Amazon Prime.
GSU enters with 4-3 overall record and a 1-2 mark in the SWAC. JSU sits at 5-1 overall and 3-0 in conference play.
Saturday's game will be the 73rd all-time meeting between GSU and JSU. Grambling State leads the all-time series 48-23-1.
Last season, Grambling State dominated Jackson State with a 41-20 victory at Eddie G. Robinson Memorial Stadium.
GAME PREVIEW
· GSU enters Saturday game after defeating Arkansas-Pine Bluff 20-16. The G-Men forced three turnovers, all coming via interceptions, in the victory.
· In last weekend's game versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff, the Tigers put up 300 yards of total offense. GSU running back
Tre Bradford led the way with 123 yards and two touchdowns on 25 carries.

· Jackson State enters Saturday's game off a bye week. Two weeks ago, JSU earned a 38-34 win over Alabama State.
· JSU features on the top offenses in the nation. Jackson State ranks second in the nation in rushing offense (266.7 ypg) and third in toral offense (496.0 yapg).
· Quarterback Jacobian Morgan has thrown 1,120 yards, 11 TDs and two INTs on 87-of-141 passing.
- JSU is led by head coach T.C. Taylor who is in his third season and sports a 24-7 record.
LINZER IS A BALL HAWK
· Grambling State's defensive back
Markel Linzer currently leads the nation in interceptions.
· Linzer has four interceptions on the season. In GSU's 20-16 win over UAPB, he picked off two passes, earing SWAC Defensive Player of the Week honors.
· The New Iberia, La. native has 19 total tackles with 13 solo stops.
CREATING TURNOVERS
· GSU's defense has been great at forcing turnivers this season. The G-Men rank 19th in the country in takeaways with 12. Seven of those takeways have come via interceptions
ROBINSON IS A DEFENSIVE MENACE
· Transfer defensive end
Warren Robinson has made an impact along the GSU defensive line.
· Robinson ranks second in the SWAC in sacks with five.
· The Houston, Texas native has 17 total tackles with 5.5 tackles for loss.
BRADFORD EARNS WEEKLY HONORS
· Grambling State running back
Tre Bradford was named the Stats Perform HBCU National Player of the Week, the SWAC Offensive Player of the Week and BOXTOROW HBCU National Player of the week following his dominant performance versus UAPB last weekend.
· Braford has emerged as the feature back for the G-Men in recent weeks.
· Bradford ran for at least 120 yards in GSU's past two games.
· The Dallas, Texas native has 485 rushing yards on 78 carries (6.2 ypc) with three touchdowns.
SACK LEADERS
· Grambling State's defense leads the SWAC in total sacks.
· The G-Men have registered a league-high 15 sacks.
