Grambling State Falls 75–39 on the Road at DePaul

CHICAGO, Ill. | Grambling State struggled to find offensive rhythm on Friday evening, falling 75–39 to DePaul at Wintrust Arena.

The Lady Tigers moved to 1–5 on the season, while the Blue Demons improved to 2–3.

DePaul took control early, opening the game on a 12–0 run before Grambling State scored its first basket at the 3:34 mark of the first quarter.

The Tigers shot 1-for-9 in the period and trailed 15–4 after one.

Grambling State continued searching for consistency in the second quarter, converting just 5-of-22 attempts as DePaul extended its lead to 34–14 at halftime.

The Blue Demons broke the game open in the third quarter, shooting a scorching 69.2 percent (9-for-13) from the field and outscoring Grambling State 25–12 in the frame.

DePaul's ball movement and interior scoring created problems for the Tigers, who faced a 59–26 deficit entering the fourth.

Grambling State found some offensive momentum late, highlighted by buckets from Arianna Mosley, Jamirica Roberson, and a three-pointer from Monica Marsh.

DePaul's consistency on both ends held firm, securing the 75–39 victory.

Mosley led Grambling State with six points, four rebounds, and one steal.

Marsh and Douthshine Prien each added five points, while Roberson provided five points and a team-high seven rebounds off the bench.
