GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State University Athletics is proud to announce the recognition of the 50th Anniversary of the 1975 SWAC Championship team and the 20th Anniversary of the 2005 SWAC Championship team during this year's Homecoming celebration.
Both squads left an indelible mark on Tiger football history, and their return to "The Hole" will be one of the highlights of the weekend.
These championship teams will be honored as part of Homecoming festivities, offering a special opportunity to celebrate their contributions to Grambling State's proud athletic tradition.
Their legacies continue to inspire current student-athletes and uphold the championship standard of the program.
All former student-athletes and staff who were part of the 1975 or 2005 SWAC Championship teams are invited to participate.

"The 1975 and 2005 championship teams represent the very best of Grambling State football, and we are honored to recognize them during one of the most spirited weekends of the year."
Fans are encouraged to join in the celebration during the Homecoming game, where the champions will be recognized in front of the Grambling faithful.
