GRAMBLING, La. | Grambling State Athletics announced its home football game times and themes for the 2026 season on Thursday afternoon. The Tigers home slate features five games against two non-conference opponents and three Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) foes.
Saturday, Aug. 29: Grambling State vs. Clark-Atlanta | 6 p.m. | Gameday Color: BLACK
Grambling State opens the season at home versus Clark-Atlanta on Aug. 29 for Tiger Club Appreciation Day. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. and fans are encouraged to wear black.
Saturday, Sept. 5: Grambling State vs. Central State | 6 p.m. | Gameday Color: RED
GSU will host a "Red Out" on Sept. 5 when the Tigers welcome Central State to town for Family Weekend.
Saturday, Oct. 3: Grambling State vs. Alcorn State | 2 p.m. | Gameday Color: BLACK
Grambling State welcomes all alumni and supporters back to campus for Homecoming 2026 versus Alcorn State. The gameday color is black.
Saturday, Oct. 10: Grambling State vs. Jackson State | 4 p.m. | Gameday Color: PINK
Fans are encouraged to wear pink for breast cancer awareness as GSU hosts Jackson State at Eddie G. Robinson Memorial Stadium.
Saturday, Nov. 7: Grambling State vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff | 2 p.m. | Gameday Color: BLACK
The Tigers close their home schedule versus Arkansas-Pine Bluff for Senior Day, Military Appreciation Day and High School Day. GSU Athletics will honor senior football student-athletes while also recognizing active-duty military members and veterans.
Season Tickets
2026 Grambling State football season tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online at gsutigers.com or in person by visiting the GSU Ticket Office located at the main entrance of the Fredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center.
