High School: Was on both the wrestling and football team his sophomore, junior and senior year of high school at Northside High School in Lafayette, La... finished with 78 tackles, three sacks and one pass breakups on the football team and had a 27-7 wrestling record (awarded All-District wrestling and football awards and All-State wrestling honor) his sophomore year... tallied 81 tackles, three sacks, three pass breakups and one interception along with a 30-2 wrestling record his junior year... received the All-State wrestling honor and was named Outstanding Wrestler 2015... registered 71 tackles his senior year and was the two-time state champion for wrestling.
 
Personal: Son of Patricia and Orlando Calhoun Sr… majoring in criminal justice with a minor in paralegal studies with aspirations to further his academic skills by obtaining his master's degree and then enrolling in law school.
