Morgan Adams was named the Grambling State University Female Athlete of the Week.

Adams batted .417, with an on-base percentage of .500 and a slugging percentage of .750 in four games last week. She went 4-for-12 at the plate, with two doubles, one triple and a pair of walks. She went 2-for-3, with three RBIs and one run scored in a 6-5 loss at Mississippi Valley State. Defensively, she had five putouts.
