Grambling, La. (April 5, 2014) - The Tigers lost two out of three games against Texas Southern over the weekend in Houston.  Friday the two teams split a double header with GSU winning the first game by the score of 3-1 and losing game two by the count of 5-4.  The Tigers lost game three on Saturday by the score of 6-3.

In game one the Tigers won a tough game by the score of 3-1.  Juan Bueno went 2 for 4 at the plate knocking in two RBI's for the Tigers.  Zach Moreau picked up the win for the Tigers and is now 2-2 on the season.

The second game of the double header saw the Tigers lose a tight game by the score of 5-4  At the plate the Tigers Korey Hall led the Tigers going 2 for 4 and scoring two runs.  Edwin Drexler had two RBI's in game two against TSU. 

The rubber game of the series saw the Tigers lose to TSU 6-3 on Saturday Afternoon.  Yariel Medina was 2 for 4 at the plate scoring two runs and collecting two RBI's

The Tigers will hit the diamond again on Tuesday when they travel to Jackson State.  The first pitch in Jackson is scheduled for 6 p.m.
