GRAMBLING, La. | The Grambling Tigers volleyball team swept Mississippi Valley in three sets (25-10, 25-10, 25-16) at the Fredrick C. Hobdy Assembly Center in Southwestern Athletic Conference action.
Grambling (5-7 overall, 4-5 SWAC) breezed through the evening and spread the attack with 26 total assists.
Senior
Linzy Woods tied a game-high with six kills while
Jada Taylor and
Semira Fields both finished with 10 digs apiece for Grambling. Taylor also added two service aces. Setters
Sheila Borders and
Kalee Cadwell finished with 11 and 10 assists respectively in the victory.
