JACKSON, Miss. | The Grambling State University women's soccer team battled Jackson State to a 0-0 draw in the Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) opener for both teams on Friday afternoon at the JSU Soccer Complex.
GSU starting goalkeeper Madison Covey-Taylor four saves, keeping JSU off the board and helping secure the 0-0 tie.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- Both teams had opportunities to get on the board with multiple opportunities at net, but couldn't crack the scoring column.
