Grambling, LA--- The Grambling State Lady Tigers volleyball season drew to an end this evening as they fell, 3-0, to Jackson State.
It was Senior Day for the Lady Tigers as Shawonna Davis and Michelle Onuoha played in their final game at GSU. Grambling put up a tough fight but eventually fell in straight sets 25-18, 25-14 and 29-27.
The Lady Tigers where led by Davis with 14 kills, four assisted blocks and two digs. Dorothy Brown added five kills and an assisted block; while Nandi Brown and Chelsee Goins had 13 assists and 12 digs respectively.
Donisha Dunn had 11 kills and two blocks for Jackson State. LaToya Clark had 12 assists.
