The Lady Tigers Suffer on Offense as They Fall to Texas Southern University.

Box Score HOUSTON, Texas-- The Lady Tigers (5-11, 2-3) couldn't seem to find a rhythm as they fall to Texas Southern University's Lady Tigers (6-9, 3-1) in a tough battle last night with the final score of 33-74.
 
The leaders for the Lady Tigers of Grambling were Yosha Watson and Monisha Neal. Watson finished the game with 15 points, four steals and one block. Neal finished the game with six points and two steals.
 
 
Texas Southern started the game off strong during the first half, which carried on throughout the whole game. Their biggest threat was Miracle Davis who scored 20 points and had two steals. Two other leading scorers were Alexus Johnson and Ashley Ferguson. Johnson finished the game with 12 points and two steals while Ferguson finished the game with 13 points and one block.
 
 
The Lady Tigers will now regroup after this tough loss as they will take on Prairie View A&M Lady Panthers Monday, Jan. 19th. Tip-off is set at 5:30 p.m.
